Detailed schedule by category (with tatami numbers) is published on the draw lists, under Time Table and under Documents for download. Competitors must be ready for their category no later than 30 minutes before the start of the category. The draws for the Cadets, Juniors and U21 age groups will be announced after the weigh-in, as well as the kata lists after document control.

08:30 - Document control for cadets, juniors and U21 in the warm-up hall 11:30 - Weigh-in for cadets male 13:00 - Weigh-in for cadets female 14:00 - Weigh-in for juniors male 14:30 - Weigh-in for juniors female 15:00 - Weigh-in for U21 male 16:00 - Weigh-in for U21 female
All competitors are waiting for their category in the warm-up hall, and after the category is called, they will be officially escorted to their tatami.

DURING REGISTRATION, IF SOMEONE DID NOT COME AND WAS REGISTERED IN THE KATA CATEGORIES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THIS SO THAT THE COMPETITOR WOULD NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE DRAW
WEIGH-IN AND REGISTRATIONS FOR ELECTIVE CATEGORIES (CADETS, JUNIORS AND U21) CAN ALSO BE DONE ON FRIDAY FROM 20:00-22:00 AT SD TREŠNJEVKA.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Karate mitts, shin pads and foot protectors, body protectors and gum shields are mandatory for all competitors in kumite (including body protectors for Boys/Girls categories). For female Cadet/Junior/U21/Senior competitors is also mandatory to wear female chest protector. Groin guards and face masks are optional. Protective Equipment need to be of WKF type, but does not need to be WKF approved.
